Rae is a counselor, therapist, and life coach who passionately believes in the power of reclaiming our inherent worth. She guides others on their journey by encouraging them to honor their whole stories—the good, the hard, and everything in between—because she knows that true healing begins when we embrace our full selves.

Rae has a Master's in Psychology & Counseling and certifications from Yale, Wharton, Columbia, and the International Coaching Federation. Her work focuses on anxiety, depression, overcoming the worthiness wound, and helping clients build tools to navigate the inevitable hardships of life.
